Hello, the Spring Festival in 2025 is coming, all our staff thank you for your strong support and trust for us all the time, according to The State Council holiday arrangement combined with the actual situation of our company, the Spring Festival holiday matters and service arrangements are as follows:
All holidays: January 27 (28th) ---- February 4 (7th) holiday, the Spring Festival holiday is 9 days in total. Construction started on February 5 (early 8). Among them, January 25 and 26 (26, 27) are the time for the company's internal handling of abnormal parts, warehouse inventory and cleaning, and can not provide any cargo operation services.
Cut-off time:
1 PM on January 24, the full line of orders, customs declaration on January 23 at 12 noon.

U.S. Shipping: January 22

Warm reminder:
1, all channels of our company, before the cut-off, no longer do any waiting, if the failure to deal with due to unpaid/problem parts and other factors, the goods will be delayed until after the holiday operation!
2, January 27, 2025 - February 4, 2025, for the Spring Festival holiday time of our company, our customer service/operation/documentation, no duty personnel, unable to provide any operation services!
3, During the Spring Festival, foreign countries are normal operation time, in order to ensure that the goods in the local customs clearance delivery, please inform the recipient to pay attention to the official notice/customs clearance/delivery after shipment!
If the goods are returned due to a series of reasons such as the recipient's inability to clear customs/lack of customs clearance ability/inability to receive goods during holidays/inability to provide information required by customs/etc., all consequences and costs incurred will be borne by the sender!
